this is an excellent album..... some great arrangements of strings and brass with the 'jazz musicians' integrating well. It is consistently fine and there are some achingly beautiful moments; SINCE THEN is worth the price of the cd alone ! Think Gustav Holst crossed with a Northern European chamber jazz ensemble.
