This Album is absolutely fantastic, and the great parts largely outnumber the bad parts. If you've heard 'Atlantis To Interzone' and liked it then you're largely likely to enjoy this album. A great breakthrough with music and have had this Album for a few years and still love it.

This trio are unashamed about their wish to sell millions and billions of records. From their days knocking around New Cross, SE London to their current gruelling tour schedule their brand of electro, punk and rave noise never failed to capture the imagination of their fans. The catchiness of Atlantis to Interzone begs you to goose-step your way to the nearest record store -- fist in the air, floppy haircut wafting in the wind. Gravity's Rainbow made me wet my skinny jeans. However I'm rather upset by the fact there's nothing on here that I haven't heard on their MySpace. They do so much more live, I was expecting more. Still...this is part one of three prog fans. There's more to come and I can't wait.

Before I got this, I had heard a couple of the Klaxons songs alredy. I was'nt keen on Magyk but I instantly fell in love with Golden Skans and It's not over yet. I bought this with great heisitation and first listened to it and thought "This is Rubbish". But I thought I should give it another chance and after 2 or 3 listens, I became addicted to Gravity's Rainbow. What a song. The catchy beats make it irresisteble but as for B-side, Elektickery is crazy and hard to listen to. Still love it though.

Track 1 is the Klaxons' take on the classic 'Not Over Yet', a classic dance anthem by Grace/Planet Perfecto (Paul Oakenfold and friends in fact). It couldn't really be that different from the original. Instead of a trance track, we have a much more indie sounding version (new rave in fact, sort of a indie/dance clash) with guitars more emminent, a male vocal rather than a female one and a siren. Track 2 is a cover of Justin Timberlake's 'My Love' taken from their BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session. This is surprisingly good, and interesting to hear the song done with an acoustic guitar, piano and drums. If you've not heard the Klaxons before, this is a good track to start with.
