Like a delicious chocolate bar,this is a great chill-out album,a bit jazzy but probably a bit watered down for purists. The songs are full of optimism and passion for life. This is not a "shouty" album,but is very mellow and tender.I love Open your eyes,Afro Blue is wonderfully subdued and the gospelly Walk With Me Lord is just brilliant! It's the type of album to put on when you have a quiet day,and the house is nice and warm,while winter rages on outside.Perfect then for this time of year! Treat someone!!(or yourself of course!)

There is no doubting Lizz Wright has a distinctive Voice. Unfortunately, her talent is wasted on a collection of songs And a production so soporific she makes Nora Jones sound like Motorhead. The only highlight was 'a taste of honey' This artist needs to find a producer who can showcase her skills better than this one.
