On vinyl format, The BB mix is only available on the rare part II promo 12", dub mix included - good luck with that :o)

This is probably the least known Madonna single and also one of her smallest british hits to date since it managed to spend just 2 weeks in the charts (other singles which spent 2 or less weeks in the charts include only Everybody, Burning Up and One More Chance).It still managed to go Top 10 though getting up to No 7.The single itself sounds like a summary of the Evita stuff. The title track is an average classy ballad which could easily pass unnoticed so the real highlights are the b-sides:the infamous club version of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" and the stunning "You Must Love Me".By the way there is also a second version of the title track which is called "Hello And Goodbye"

You have to hand it to Madonna, she's a marketing genius! Proving once again that what you lose on the swings you gain on the round-a-bouts, this "Girlie Show" inspired maxi-single serves up 8 mouth-wateringly delicious remixes, all of which re-interpret the pomp and pageantry of "Give It To Me" in a completely different way! You would be hard-pushed not to find something to your liking here! Detractors will find fault, of course, but you don't last 25 years in the harsh music industry without learning a thing or two about how to please your audience and corner the market! An astute business move indeed!

They say that this song was written to show Alan Parker that she should play Evita, if this is true you can see why it worked! Her voice is fantastic through out the track and the music is very powerful as well.

Madonna keeps coming back with something new every time, and here is just one of those times where she proves she can hit the spot and touch every nerve in your spine with her amazing vocals and funky new sound. Any music collection around the world would not be complete unless it had this beautiful song stacked on the top of the pile. The song may be called Frozen but Madonna definately sings to melt the heart.

Any lady popstrel, be they Geri Halliwell or Gina G, will have their record compared, (usually unfavourably) to 'La Isla Bonita' if they incorporate spanish guitars in their record. Originally offered to Michael Jackson, Madonna has made this song one of her signature anthems. Performed on four separate tours, and with 'Holiday' it was one of only two old songs on the Drowned World Tour, it is probably better-loved than any Madonna song since 'Vogue'. Unlike so much 80s pop, Madonna's records have generally aged very well. The third and final in her run of No 1 singles from her most successful LP 'True Blue', this is just a classic. Pure class.

Erotica was her worst seller to date, movies such as Dangerous Game, Four Rooms and Body of Evidence failed miserably at the box offices and her most recent tour 'The Girlie Show', was called a circus of sleaze and sex orgies. But in 1997 Madonna's life changed forever-she became a mother to a beautiful baby daughter, which she named Lourdes.
