Music : Beautiful Stranger
When people hear of a record associated with Austin Powers, they mightn't take it seriously. However, you can't help but smile and sing along to this track. It mixes strong beated dance music with a catchy tune and great lyrics.A bit of a change for the artist of such hits as Material girl, Like a vigin and Ray of light, this song charms you with the usual Madonna magic. It's gauranteed to make you wanna sing along, so listen up for this psycadelic number in throwback parties everywhere. Groovy Baby!

I am a big fan of Madonna but, I must admit this song grew tired on me. Then I bought the single and it was well worth it! But only for the 'Silky Soul Mix'. This mix breaths new life into "Take a Bow", which is a beautiful song but, a little too Celine Dion-ish. This mix puts the Madonna back into "Take a Bow" and completely washes away any sign of Celine!

This song was a hideous and glaring omission from "the immaculate collection". People who actually have some appreciation of substance over style in music will concede that that is the definitive Madonna collection, and with the addition of this single all of her most memorable 80's hits are covered.

You don't have to be a die hard fan to buy this, only interested in hearing the most successful (and exciting) female artist of the eighties basking in production and tunesmanship which is sadly lacking in modern pop music.

Long live the eighties, long live uplifting pop craftsmanship, long live this kind of production, and Madonna can you stop making "trendy" rubbish with annoying bleeping sounds and voice morphing and get ... Read More:

Music : What It Feels Like For A Girl - CD1
my favourite song by Madonna, from the fabulous(my favourite)album MUSIC!!!
the video is actually quite brutal and fun while dealing with dark undertones.
the song is of a similar attitude which is why i find it to be of the standard of Like a Prayer,Papa dont preach,Vogue, and Express yourself.
it is of epic standards and unfortunately wasnt no.1 for long in the uk...damn it!!
MUSIC is and album that demands attention and is her greatest accomplishment(similar to the masterful Like a Prayer)of all her albums and there are fab tracks.
this single however is a standout on the album with its dark and broody feel to it and i love it!!!!!!!!

Although I like Madonna and regard her as a tru icon, I'm not a huge super-fan. Having bought most of her more recent albums, I decided it was time to buy "American Life." I had an idea of what the album was like from hearing samples online, but hearing it right through in one sitting made me love it.

Musically, it's quite an experimentation for Madonna, especially considering the albums that preceded it ("Ray of Light" and "Music"). It's a strange, yet completely listenable mix of Folky/Acoustic sounds with cold Electropop. Not two genres one would readily join together, but here it just... works. Madonna's vocals seem strong and confident (and downright pleasant to listen to) and there are some nice touches with computerised effects ... Read More:

The final release from the fantastic Ray Of Light album is a mellow dance track co written with long time writing partner Patrick Leonard.
A classy beat with the odd inclusion of strings form the music, with catchy lyrics and background vocals from Madonna's log time girls Donna and Nikki.
The Club 69 Radio mix is very typical of their style in 1998, making the song more dance floor friendly.
I didn't think I would like the Kruder and dorfmeister mix but was I wrong?!
a 11 minute mix off some very chilled beats, lots of Madonna and the most brilliant jazz style beats, this song could be on a Chill Out album or on a dance floor. Top Marks!!
