Classic FM Movies- The Ultimate Collection overlaps with previous editions to a large degree. In other words, we are listening to same movie tracks featured in previous editions in this three disc set. The album offers no fresh movie tracks to listen to, but offers some bonus tracks from today hottest classical artists. The title of the album seems inappropriate bearing mind we are spoilt with huge cinema choice today. Why not feature the newest tracks rather than exhaust listeners with timeless classics? Combining the best movie tracks from previous editions seems a pointless task and releasing a new version with a pop corn cover is a typical marketing gimmick to allure buyers in the album. This sounded like a great buy initially. My baby boy loves songs but although there are 100 of them, you can't select which one you want to listen to. It only comes in two sections and to hear a popular song, you have to plough through an irritating selection of spoken rhymes. I've given up trying to listen to it now.

My main worry of buying this was that they were not original but my fears were unfounded. Has brought back wonderful memories and think it is worth every penny.Have been looking for blame it on the pony express for ages.well worth the money.Buy it,you wont be dissapointed.

Ignore the politics of Mark Doyle, Hed Kandi, Fierce Angel, honestly ignore that. The track listing on CD1, the apparently "twisted side of dance" begins with a remix of an Adele track and then a Daniel Beddingfield song. Robin S appears somewhere on one of the other mindless cds yet again with show me love for the 345th time this year. Nuff said, for those of you with a tenner to spend save it for a kebab, this album is beyond credible and yes, I bought it

I've wanted this CD just off the strength of The Dells' "It's All Up to You", which is the most gorgeous song I've ever heard. Typically, this compilation is unavailable in the States, and I can't buy it off of UK iTunes (where I got to hear a sample of each song), so I'm just going to have to buy it here. As a Yank who loves her Northern Soul, I gotta say that the British are first class when it comes to championing and cherishing good music.

As a professional concert pianist for the last thirty years or so, it was a great relief to find that they have released everything you need on 2 CDs. Sure enough, since I bought it I have been able to discard the 1000 or so CDs that I had collected of performers like Cortot, Horowitz, Rachmaninoff and Schnabel (and I now have enough room for a pool table!). They are simply not necessary when you have these two CDs.

Bought this for my six year old´s birthday and she loves it. The cd was fab at her party and the dvd of the dance moves has kept her amused for hours! She is getting quite good at the dances now - her dad still needs to practice though! Really good value for money.
