The Web were a slightly ironical British progressive rock band and featured the vocal talents of American John L. Watson. It features a mixture of originals written by various members of the group and a few covers of songs that were hits for other artists done in what is best described as a club/lounge style. The main strengths of the album is the groups skin-tight playing - as an instrumental unit there were seven players plus lead vocalist Watson. Many of the tracks feature long solos on Flute or Saxophone in a very jazzy style before going back to the main song.

NOTHING CAN DESCRIBE THE FEELING I GET WHEN I HEAR THE MELODIC ROCKING SONGS FROM THIS BAND .THERE ARE 15 SONGS ON IT AND EVERYONE OF THEM ARE VERY WELL CRAFTED AND I MEAN POWERFUL SONGS. DISPLAYING EMOTION ON AN ANGRY MISUNDERSTOOD SIDE TO A UNWORLDY SOFT INNOCENCE. THATS WHAT SEPARATES THIS BAND FROM ALL THE OTHER ROCKERS.. BUY THIS ALBUM AND LET YOUR FRIENDS HEAR IT...I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL BE BORROWING IT
