I bought this CD mainly because I wanted 'about you now'. The track on the CD is nothing like the single and I feel it's a cynical attempt to make you buy the single as well. Very disappointed.

if your a Sash! fan then this album is a must even if you have the albums the remix is ace well worth the price of the album The Best Of

What can be said? Grace Jones always has been an individual in a sea of normality. This album, like the track 'Hurricane' pretty much blows everything away. Retaining the reggae beats, care of Sly & Dunbar, but with a much harder edge tracks such as 'Corporate Cannibal' are like a rhythmic sledge hammer through a plate glass window. There aren't any hugely strong songs here but if you are a fan of Grace Jones and her individual style then this was worth the long wait.

If, like me, you're one of those people who was blown away by Felt Mountain but disappointed by what came after then Seventh Tree may give you cause to rejoice. Although a very different beast to FM this album shares the same quirky, sensual and exotic oddness as Goldfrapp's remarkable debut. The main difference between the two is mood - FM was frequently quite dark (and in the case of Deer Stop, downright creepy) but Seventh Tree is a long summer's day to Felt Moutain's eerie twilight. Now You're Gone - The Album Absolutely superb album. Wasnt sure what to expect but this album takes me away into a dreamlike state everytime i play it. Have been using it to train to for the past month and it really is such a motivational and uplifting album. If you want to drift away into another dimension then this album will take you there excellent for cardio workouts really pushes you trust me just try it out and see its given a whole new boost to my workouts in an uplifting and euphoric way. Never purchased an album i like from start to finish but this one has broken the mould absolutely love it top marks 10/10.

This deliciously packaged fourth album from the fantastic TV On The Radio is a real gem. Following on from their 2006 album Return to Cookie Mountain, the album has a distinctly different feel. Where RtCM played with expansive sounds and interesting rhythms, `Dear Science' has a more refined and cleaner sound. Don't worry, their delightful percussion is still there, just less pronounced, making room for a large use of sax and brass, and as such the tracks on Dear Science have a fuller sound when compared to their previous album. I was already slightly familiar with 'Golden Age' having heard it on the radio a few times, and I'd heard Family Tree once, but these songs are only the tip of the iceberg when you listen to the whole album. So so good, Ministry deliver once again, puts me in a brilliant mood every time i wack it on! Loads of instant classics on here and every so often a nice fat slice of pop(you know you love a bit of basshunter really!) Stop hatin' and start dancing!

Firstly, maybe I should explain where I'm coming from in writing this review. I'm an avid Pendulum fan and I have been since I first heard "Spiral" all those years ago. I watched them make 2 years of great records before they finally dropped "Hold Your Colour" in our laps. Needless to say it was sensational. I love every single track on that album and it remains today one of my all-time favourites. So when I caught word of a new Pendulum LP in the making, I immediately had high hopes for another DnB stormer. By the time I reached "The Tempest" I was almost in tears. A cracking modern pop album that doesn't take itself too seriously or try to be anything it isn't - no po-faced deep and meaningful "message" here and all the better for it. Think somewhere between a Roxette that isn't trying so hard to be cool and a grown-up high-school musical without the schmaltz and you're about there. Don't think you don't like pop because you can't stand the bubblegum warbling that infests the charts - this is how it should be done.
