If you liked the series you will love the sound track. You will end up in a world of your own plus it's so relaxing just make sure you don't leave the kettle on!

I bought this album after a search as basically I could not get the theme music out of my head after 40 plus years. The haunting themes remain one of the great TV programme soundtracks. They were never obtrusive but added to the atmosphere to a stupendous series. Much recommended to all 40 somethings and makes this reviewer wish for the simpler life and entertainment we had in those halcyon days of the 60's and 70's

When I listen to this cd, and close my eyes, I can see Ally and all the others dancing in their place! Vonda is sitting by the piano, playing, and I feel kind'a like Ally McBeal, feeling either very happy, or very sad(depending on the song)! And I think there are so many beautyful songs, that can make you either laugh or cry, and I love that! I think it's a great cd! Good job Vonda! Love, Julie S.

This is deeply satisfying music, ideal for immersing yourself in the gothic world of Sunnydale's club culture. The sometimes dreamy, sometimes lively, yet always slightly dangerous undertones of this dark album have the perfect balance of the familiar and the unexpected. From the murmuring sensuality of 'Virgin State of Mind' to the pure teenage attitude of 'I Quit' and the baroque sliding tones of 'Transylvanian Concubine', this is one to put on, sit back and sink into. Buffy fan or not, this album is just good music with a generous 18 tracks of indulgent hedonism.

A few dodgy tracks as to be expected on any album, however fantastic songs by the kinks, henry mancini and the police, cake, bob dylan, tindersticks, dominic chianese, elvis costello and casey chambers. A massive blend of different musical genres that truly is fantastic, only falls short of five stars due to several unremarkable tracks, a perfect companion to the series and a must buy for soprano fans and music fans alike

One of the most outstanding soundtracks ever to enhance a TV series. Weep along to Laura Palmer's Theme, Admire Audrey's dance, vibe on Night Life In Twin Peaks and let Julee Cruise give you the sensation of a flotation tank with her dreamy vocals on Into The Night, The Nightingale and Falling. Ethereal sounds that appropriately encapsulate the mood of the series filled with a thousand secrets.

I absolutely adore this album. The songs perfectly reflect the emotional angst and deep yearning love which are the central themes to Dawson's Creek. When you listen to the songs you can just imagine scenes from the show playing in your head, or imagine the songs as the soundtrack to your own love scene. If only someone would write a song like "Stay you" for me. When I bought this it eventually did the rounds at university and I would pass everyone's window with the familar sounds blaring out. I eventually got the CD back, it was so scratched and well used I had to go and buy another one! But it was well worth it and now when I lisetn to it it reminds me of lazy lustful days at university...

Well it's been a while since this Album had a update. Why this TV Series to this album was taken off our TV screens are beyond me. This was back in 1999 when we didn't mind paying our TV license as there was something actully worth watching. The Tv Series was top and extreme and pushed our TV Channels to the limit and made people sit on the edge of there seats on a Friday Night. The show was Brilliant and if you have got the DVD to this album your find it still is. The Tv Show was taken off the air as viewers where complaining it was to far, Yes it was pushed to far but that's what makes good TV & there are such things as remote controlls... LOL!!!! This album will bring back al the memeorys to the TV show but im guessing if you have DVD then ... Read More:
