This suffers from the same problems as the DVD. It's derivative. There is absolutely nothing that hasn't been said over and over again. It's simplistic. Life can be simple, but that doesn't mean you should treat your audience as if they are too. It's repetitive. Get a variety of different figures in your niche to all say the same things using slightly different words. It's nasty. Follow the philosophy through to it's logical conclusion and you are left with the concept that those who suffer have brought it upon themselves. How to talk to anyone is written in a straight forward way, giving you tips on how to carry good conversations. It highlights things that, when you think about it, is very very true, especially when you think of people you DONT like speaking with, but dont really see why not. nice short chapters that lets you pick up a few things every time you pick up the book.

Me = Medical student, and this anatomy poster really hit the standard for me. I thoroughly recommend the Anatomical Chart Company's posters, which are very high print quality, at full anatomical detail (and split into layers such as muscular, skeletal and visceral). It's by Lippencott, so if you're a medic, nurse or someone who just really wants to know anatomy (as well as looking uber-clever with such posters up in your room) this is what you want. The print is clearly labelled, using standard anatomical terminology (no wierd latin), and is in full english (I bought another anatomy poster via Amazon which was a quarter English :-( ). I have a mild addiction to books like these, and this rates very highly - the layout is gorgeous, the tips are handy, and the style is warm. However, there are some atrocious spelling errors, as well as some outdated information. The book would have benefited from a more eagle-eyed editor.

I must admit I am almost biased, since I am a great fan of Doreens, personally I would say that you must be spiritually savvy already to connect to these cards, because there are chakra and mediumship cards in the deck, the reader should at least be familiar with the chakras, law of attraction/ intent, indigo people (kids and adults), cutting cords etc. Because the cards are specific and if you know about these topics you can relay it to the person you are reading for in a way they will understand if they have never come across these topics. I did my first spread without the book and have to say for me personally they were accurate, I then used them on some friends and they also hit the issues that mattered. I just ordered this book -so I haven't yet read it. I do remember some of my Scott's grandma's sayings. When my friends & I were playing noisily inside she would eventually say" Haud your wheesht...my brain's like train oil" This was a reference to the oil in the wheels of the old steam trains & I've always felt it is extremely accurate in describing the condition of one's brain when discordant noise overwhelms your ability to think.

This book was excellent in preparing me and helping me pass the PIRT. It gave me the cofidence I needed on the day and I would reccommend it to anyone thinking about applying for the police force. Go for it!

Somehow I identified with all of the life-traps and so therapy beckons? The more I read the more any optimism I'd held began to evapourate. Hopefully though anyone who wishes to adopt the steps to change their lives has fewer schemas than I, even with one life-trap it would take grinding hard work to escape from it. However, nothing worthwhile came easy, so keep expectations low and success will come your way. An interesting view into our behaviours and their origins.
