The best most energetic, album I've heard for years. been playing this album time after time and after over 100 plus listens it gets better and better. The '59 Sounds rocks. Don't miss out on this one. Really looking forward to seeing them live in Manchester in 3 weeks. Five stars really isn't enough. As Jon Landau said, 'I've heard the future of Rock and Roll....'

Well this is my first review on anything,so it must count for something. I got this last week and must off played it at least 6 times in the car. It's a joy to drive ! Thank you Classic FM for introducing me to this excellent album,and thank you to the honest reviews from the customers who had the sense to buy it. The tunes are all different,not as some say the same,they grow on you. A tune has been going through my head all afternoon and is as I type! I'm not complaining. The only problem I have now is deciding what to get next.

I'll get straight to the point here: very, very boring and samey. Ordinary to the max. Die-hard JJ lovers will probably lap it up, but others - myself included - who expected something a little more hype-worthy and out-of-the-ordinary, will be left with a kind of blank "Oh, so that's it" expression on their faces if they didn't pay for it, and a sour taste in their mouths if they did. Try before you buy.

Michael Jackson helped out alot on this album by designing a new CD lacquoring process. This made it possible for him to give his free copies of this album back to Madonna without her seeming to notice. Of course Madonna being a bit wise and very old didn't really know what CDs are and now always looks confused. The 'immaculation collection' actually refers to the immaculate homogenised grey appearance of collected belly button fluff despite it originating from garments of differing colouration.

Pure pop perfection from the best thing to come out of Manchester since Georgie Best. Oasis are the greatest rock band ever - a combination of The Stone Roses and The Buzz Kids. Every song is a classic and equal to If Looks Could Kill, Ziggy Stardust, Suburban Rebels, Nothing Compares 2 U, Love Will Tear Us Apart... Oasis are THe Beatles and much much more!!!

Like walking through her dreams with her, Dido's trademark cynicism seeps into every song, and while this lack of variation could have become a little boring after a while, the arrangements on No Angel are each original and different enough to keep up the interest. On this album, production values are high, and they compliment Dido's performance. Despite the depressive and ethereal nature of the album's personality, reminiscent of Sarah McLachlan's Surfacing, it is this production quality that dishes out the feel-good factor. In the end, we are presented with an album that is deeply soulful, rhythmic yet restrained, and the result is memorable and well worth listening to.

I have owned this CD for more than 3 years and it is still the best Buble has ever done. I saw him sing most of the tracks at Ronnie Scotts and even now my friends accompanying me that night still talk fondly of the occasion. At this bargain price (feb 2008) you cannot afford to be without it. Everyone will ask you who is singing it. It is just wonderful music. All the songs are beautifully arranged and exceptionally well sung. I listen to it again and again without tiring of it.

Sia has a wonderful mesmeric quality to her voice. I, like most people, bought this CD off the back of her vocal performances for Zero 7. Although Colour the Small One is a decent enough collection of music, I have to say that I was disappointed with the vocal performance on this CD. It goes to show you that even the best performers need good music and top quality production a la Zero 7. If you are a fan of Sia's vocal talents from Zero 7, get Lady Croissiant instead. Her live performances are more confident and powerful. I hope she can bring this confidence into her next studio album.

I have been a big fan of Ben Folds since hearing uncle walter back in 1995, so i feel well placed to comment on this latest effort. I have never been compelled to review on amazon before but having read the other reviews here i feel someone needs to bring some sense to the argument! Firstly, those who feel this album is crass have clearly only been into ben folds since the release of songs for silverman. Had they listened to any of his other albums, they would realise that his witty, un-pc style is exactly what makes ben who he is...one of the best songwriters of our generation. I'm also guessing these people werent exactly into b**s aint st either! If they dont like it - nobody is forcing them to listen. So, on to my review! Put simply, ben folds ... Read More:

Robbie was the star of Take That and this album shows why. It is a combination of Frank Sinatra and Elvis. And the likeness is not restricted to singing. Sinatra and Presley also made movies as well as great music and now Robbie is following in their footsteps. I cant wait to see him as East End gangster Harry Harris in the movie version of the Garry Jackson novel Till Death Us Do Part.
