After seeing some of the reviews for this album, i thought i would put my own slant on it. Yes, the Bravery have some nice sounds, but really, is it anything that you havent heard before? They toured recently with Depeche Mode and could it be said that they borrow heavily from the mode? Well, maybe.They are not as melodic as mode or any of the 80's bands they try to copy... Maybe a poor mans version of Joy division would be a suitable label to tag onto this. All in all its nothing you aint heard before........

I heard this single ages ago on radio one when calvin harris premiered it, and when the mitchell brothers were live at clapham common, and the response from listeners was MASSIVE! It's good to hear people recognising michael jackson's talent. I recommend this single to anyone that likes calvin harris, the mitchell brother, or michael jackson. Well done lads, can't wait for the new album!

David Garza is a true artist in every sense of the word. he has such talent and it is a crime that more people are not aware of this musical genius. This euphoria is the best album i have ever heard from any artist the world over. it has beautiful melodies, wonderful lyrics, and David's vocals are fantastic. this is the type of album that makes you float away... a perfect chill out sound.. that will send you off a million miles away from earth. it is magic. The album has a beautiful mix of soft flowing songs (like 'flower' and 'i know') and faster upbeat songs (like 'discoball world') that just makes you want to dance, and David Garza's voice is .... wow... The first few tracks here, excepting the politically dodgy Final Solution, found fame on the Datapanik in the Year Zero e.p. on Radar Records in 1978. This has got to be possibly the best Callas collection ever. It includes a very good booklet and at £9.99 plus postage for 26 cd's, this has got to be the greatest value I have ever seen. I have no idea why this is so cheap but I am not going to complain about it, missing cd or not.

Ever since Charlotte Church turned into a tabloids' darling and a wannabe pop star, there's been a gap opened for a young, sweet-faced soprano. The best bet on filling it seems to be Hayley Westenra, a young singer/dancer from New Zealand. The result: "Pure," an album that is reminiscent of early Sarah Brightman, back when she did folk songs and showtunes. Westenra sticks close to her classical sound with songs like the delicate "In Trutina" and the traditional New Zealand song "Pokarekare Ana," which is rendered with the backing of a a rather muddled male chorus and some swelling strings. With well over a hundred reviews for this album, why should I add another? There is nothing more to be said other than 1) When they next get together to get another series of 'Classic Albums - The Making Of' DVD's, this should definitely be one of them, and 2) Every 'serious' rock fan's collection should have this album, it is absolutely essential!!
