My son is 5 and an avid viewer of many CBeebies shows. This CD is an absolute gem and gets played at every opportunity. It's great for a singalong, and inclusion of the lyrics would have been the icing on the cake. Still, can't be faulted. When is the next edition coming out?

I bought this because I didn't remember any nursery rhymes and wanted to sing them with my daughter. It arrived in a double CD case and I thought 'oh good'. Only to find it's one CD of half finished songs. 10 green bottles finishes at 6, Nelly the elephant has no second verse, I could go on. Save your money on this one.

Although the voices are a bit annoying and as an adult I can hear little merit in this stuff, my kids absolutely love the Sticky Kids and can't get enough of them. If you need sophisticated drum breaks and top quality sound perhaps something from the adult selection is for you. If you want your pre-schoolers entertained, this is fantastic. Whoever makes this stuff has a good handle on what the little ones like. Let your children decide if it's any good or not.

Possibly the best album of all time. Kermit has an especially fantastic voice, a cross between an early Cat Stevens and David Gray in his latest album, Life in Slow Motion. However, I think his rendition of One More Night till Christmas perhaps eclipses both these two great artists. I had heard rumours of a contract with Sony BMG and a solo career, but have no idea why it hasn't materialised. The song Love Is Gone is also an absolute classic, and brings tears to my eyes, especially the second version Track 18, which is perhaps the stand-out song of the entire album (which is saying a lot). Michael Caine also impressed me, and although not perhaps with quite the same talent as Kermit, or even Tiny Tim (whom reminds me of a young Aled Jones, and ... Read More:

Our kid's been bouncing up and down to the songs on this since we got this - I don't think I'll ever be able to get our DVD player back off her now! The singalong versions of the songs and videos is a great touch - she knows pretty much all the words off by heart now. Best of all it gets her moving about rather than just sitting on the sofa all the time like so many other things on TV. Really good family stuff all-round.

I have used this cd with the children at my Pre-school aged 2 - 4, and they have really enjoyed it, even children who would not usually be interested in this activity were standing at the fringes of the group bopping along to funky monkey, I have high hopes they will soon be fully partaking. We will be buying more of the range. It takes the pressure of you to come up with the music and ideas but also gives range to expand.

Together with 50 songs and nursery rhymes on the first disc (CD) disc 2 (which is a DVD) has classic childrens stories, learning rhymes, action songs and learning games. We use the CD mostly in the car but it's the DVD which gets the most play in our house - the Action Songs are my little ones favorite (I'm a little teapot, Mulberry Bush and Ring Of Roses are firm favs). For the first few times my toddler simply sat a watched but after that she couldn't help but join in, and she loves to dance and move to the actions that the boys & girls do on screen.
