The boys have gone back to their Behaviour roots when producing this track. Lovely vocals by Sam but its the simplicity of the arrangement that scores this track. It would be interesting if Neil records his version as a "b" side to a future song.

I love 80's music, and I LOVE Erasure. They are so flamboyant, well Andy Bell is anyway, and what a voice!! Vince Clarke is a favourite of mine, I loved Yazoo, Depeche Mode, so anything that he is involved with is always going to tick my boxes!! I have all the Erasure albums, and The Innocents Concert on VHS which is well worn out now!! They are just so entertaining, and their music is fantastic. 'Victim of Love' always makes me get up and dance, and I think 'The Circus' is one of the best protest songs ever, totally anti-Thatcher!! 'A Little Respect' is just superb, and as for 'Sometimes' well, it still has me singing at the top of my voice! I have liked all their music, I love their stage presence, their attitude, everything about them. Read More:

OK I love Simian Mobile Disco, but I am reviewing them on this album and this album alone. Give this album a full blow 4 would have been over generous this would me that they where only one step off perfection and this album is far from perfect but in no way bad. I absolutely love the opener, Sleep Deprevation is the perfect atmopheric opener to the rest of the album and is in exactly the right place. But I'm glad that they didn't fall into the trap of just recreating this track over and over for the rest of the album. Hustler is a fantastic single and another highlight for me. But there are one or two week moment which just let the album down seeming as if they just needed to fill up time on the CD with underdeveloped ideas. But maybe next time they'll ... Read More:

I decided to take a walk in the past and buy this collection - it's superb. It's sing-a-long as every track is well known, well remembered. None of it has dated, none of it. The voices are superb, blending so perfectly on every track. My only complaint, it isn't long enough but then the CD player will keep repeating it until I stop it, so that isn't too much of a problem... It's sunshine music. It's memories and good listening, it's sing-a-long and listenable, it's every cliché in the book and then some. Buy it.

this is my second Nitin CD having started with Prophecy back in 2001 which I received courtesy of Pete Waddingham at V2 Records A&R and played a lot on my local radio stations...it's truly lamentable that I didn't get any of his other work until now, 6 years later. This is a different album indeed to Prophecy and a wealth again of guest vocalists. I was transported back to my fave New Orleans by the snappy blues intro to Dead Man then smiley and amazed at the smooth switch to eastern indian vocals and themes within a 'blues' track.. a classic example of the blending of genres which Nitin presents so well. This is followed up by the recited raga like Rag Doll then launches into the wonderful swirl of indian faux 'celtic' orchestrations of Mausam, reminiscent of Loreena ... Read More:

I bought this CD the year it came out and sill love it. I have copies in the car, on the pc's at home and at work and on my ipod! If you can, buy a copy of the original offering, its got a massive 60 tracks! Once the postman has been you'll have all you need to stage a great all nighter for all your soul mates......... so turn up the volume, get the talc on the floor and let your feet go free! and remember, whatever else you might do in life, please.....'Keep the Faith'!!

There's no doubting the quality of the material on this best of EWF. Fantasy,Let groove,Boogie wonderland,After the love has gone..all the big hits are here,yet this album is missing loads more classic EWF songs that could have made this a 5 star album..i only knocked a star off coz of the glaring ommisions on this. Oddly, Shining star which was one of their biggest hits is stangely absent and what about Serpentine fire,Loves holiday,Loves magic,Lady sun,A song in my heart,Take it to the sky,You,Getaway,Something special and so on!! I hope one day someone will release an antology which will do the band justice. After seeing four of Al's albums for under 8 pounds i couldn't resist and wasn't dissapointed. Theres hours of smooth r 'n' b to listen to, classic's like 'lets stay together' and 'love and happiness'. Also less well known songs such as 'I'm a ram' and 'true love'. My favourite album has to be 'gets next to you' with its slightly more funky and upbeat rythmn. Its a great bargain which you can't miss out on if you like this kind of music.

Bjork is amazing. She is unique in the most special way available - her lyrics are all so meaningful! This is her best album out of all of them, I'd say. 1. Human Behaviour - 10/10 - One of my favourite Bjork tracks, I love this song, it's great to dance to - although strangely its good to relax to. 2. Crying - 8/10 - Lovely song but gets a bit boring. 3. Venus As A Boy - 11/10 - My favourite Bjork song of all time -The lyrics are stunning - meaningful, beautiful and special - I absolutely LOVE this song and it's always being played on my iPod. 4.
