Being a Double CD it has numerous songs. Yet despite this, they all seem to sound the same. Even the cat left the kitchen when I played it. Must try to remember that for later. lol. Sorry Kylie but you are tedious. Even 'Madonna' has more variety than you. Wonder if 'Amazon' will print this review.

This is a beautiful, soul wrenching and inspiring third album from Emiliana Torrini, the best singer/songwriter ever to come over from Iceland. Her melodies, lyrics and crystal clear voice combine to make dawn rise brightly through the smoky city...I stole a review copy of the CD from someone's bag in a London train station and it was definitely an unexpected prize...

This album is often voted least favourite Abba album by the fans, which is a little unfair. True, it doesn't have the Abba "sound" familiar on later albums, and doesn't have any major UK hits on it, but this is of little relevance. At the time, Abba weren't even yet called Abba. The album was credited to the rather long name of Bjorn, Benny, Agnetha & Frida. The remaster replaces this with the later Abba logo. Not released in the UK until the late 1980's (and even then not under the Ring Ring name or artwork), this album provides the opportunity to find out how Abba started. Its because Mark Doyle was saving the best stuff for this comp! The first CD is bliss with an absolutely stunning final third. And the standard doesnt slip for the other two CDs either. Nice Job Team Fierce.

I haven't heard the whole album but I just want to say that Live with Me with Terry Callier is the sexiest record EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It even beats Night Nurse by Gregory Issacs and that's saying something!

The Dewaele brothers hail from Belgium and are better known as Soulwax or 2 many Dj's in the clubs. Famous for their eclectic and inventive Dj sets they have also amassed an impressive back catalogue of original productions and remixes for other artists. As the title suggests, most of those remixes are featured here as glorious 12" versions! Yay! Most of the tracks are a frantic mash up of rock, techno and pop and the Soulwax sound is original and well produced. Particular highlights include an electro re-working of Gorillaz 'Dare', a bonkers rave remix of Robbie Williams' cover of 'Lovelight' and the dance version of Gossip's 'Standing in the Way of Control' as used on TV drama Skins marketing campaign. Just got the album today, me and my son think its great we will be dancing along in the car, excellent cd, one of the best clubland albums Ive heard and got, highly recommended.

What an opener - listen to 'Get Innocuous' as loud as you can! And the album keeps the standard up throughout - 'Us v them' being another pinnacle. A classic.

This a fantastic dnce/disco album all the tracks on this album are upbeat and groovy my favorite tracks on this album are rain down love love on my mind when you touch me and uninvited overall it's a 10/10 from me this is a must buy!
