For those who've never heard BC before, imagine 1980's style thrash metal and Punk rock, combined with vocals from rapper Ice-T. Although the real star of the show here in my opinion is guitarist Ernie-C, as there are so many memorable riffs on this album, you'll probably get a sense of deja-vu. Apparently very controversial when first released, the music itself still sounds timeless. If you're a fan of rap metal, this is the album that pre-ceeded it all, the original, and it's an absolute classic.

Yep, he's done it again. Another fantastic album from Ja that shows he still a big player when it comes to rap pop and 'gangster rap'. Though his vocals may be a bit harsh for some peoples taste, 'Put It On Me' and 'Between me and you' should secure the promise of many album sales!

And i Love my 80's and early 90's Hiphop. You should have this by now, if not, buy it ASAP and just pretend you've had it before you get mocked! PEACE

this album is relly good for the south. chamillionaire is a great rapper who can combine fast and slow raps realy well. The hooks in the song are oftenreally catchy. The best songs ont the album are grown and sexy- ridin-and turn it up southern takeover is also a good track

This, in my opinion, is one of the best soundtracks to any movie. It has so many diverse types of music from hip hop (Ice Cube - You Can Do It) to slow tunes (Kaci and JoJo - Crazy) The theme tune, True Colours, is also really good as is the remix. This album is great for just chilling or for getting ready for a party. It has a song to suit every mood. Well worth a listen!

Its highly rated but im not really feeling this album. Rza is a talented rapper and does a great job over the occaisional verse with the clan but I thought a whole album of him would be too much. Here rza surpasses all expectations. However this really is meant to be a producer's album and for me this is where 'bobby' fails to deliver. There are signs of the classic 'wu sound' (skeletal/sampled strings). But in my opinion although different the production is miles from that of 'cuban linx' or 'liquid swords'. I really hate the stupid 'slow grind' skits.

Its not bad enough to warrant a 2 star average on its own merits, but I completely agree with the other reviews that you would be much better getting the Greatest Hits album. You've got to ask yourself one question; why didn't they just release a Greatest Hits Part 2 and put Resist the Temptation, Dear Mama (Remix) etc.. on there with 2Pac's other hits that havent been released in a GH compilation before?

With the "Sound of Perseverance" Death have penned the ultimate metal album, and when i say metal i mean it...i do not mean the best death metal or black metal or...I mean quite simply the ultimate METAL album. From the crushing heaviness and density of opener "Scavenger of Human Sorrow" it only gets better. The best tracks being the monumentally vicious The Flesh And The Power It Holds, the instrumental number Voice of the Soul (which proves once and for all that all the idiots who say metal bands can't play their instruments, are in fact, well, idiots) and the Judas Priest cover Painkiller.
