Quite simply the best peice of music to exist today. Each and every song is an epic and will leave you listening to it over and over again. Cobains voice is powerful throughout the album and for me its hard to pick out a favourite song but it will have to be "Drain You". If you like music and havent heard this album yet, then you must. it was the beginning of a passion for rock music for me and it still gets played very loudly on my hi-fi.

Yes its a bit more of a mainstream approach but i still love it, Its less experimental than The sufferer and the witness, but personally i have all of their albums on shuffle with some protest the hero and sometimes i find it hard to think what album they are off just listening to it, Best album by them personally.

Widely thought of now as Metallica's masterpiece............but not by me. Still, this is a terrific album, furious, ferocious and chock full of the huge riffery, solos and downright Metal-ness that, by that point in time, people expected from the 4 piece. It has a sadness too though that this was Cliff Burton's last album before his untimely death. But for me there is a lingering problem with 'Master' - some of the songs are overlong! I know that sounds silly, but 'Leper Messiah' is the worst example, an overlong jam, with not a lot musically going on, apart from an 11th hour time change that is good, but too little too late. Whatever people tell me about the ramones: i always say that these guys defined punk music. Still today The Jam is a classic band that will always have a place in my album collection. This CD however is overdoing everything. Punk rock albums are usually very short and having to listen to 20 songs that do all sound extremely simmilar can get tedious. More than this I believe that punk bands very designed for live performances: they had a great attitude to live acts which made them amazing to listen to. The CD takes the heart out of this genre and for that i mark it down. Also there are a few songs could have done without. 81/100

If you are a massive fan of their old sound, of the Nu metal, then you should definitely avoid this album. If you are a music fan with an open mind then you should definitely purchase this. The sound that they have created is incredibly different. I really don't know why they changed that much. Once I like a band's sound I really don't like it when they try and reinvent themselves to change that, and that's exactly what Linkin Park have done here. I bought Meteora as my first Linkin Park album back in 2003 and I instantly loved it. The sound of the music was so unique, and to a 13 year old, pretty surprising as well. I found this album in my dad's collection and decided to whack it on my ipod. I'd heard good things about them from other people at school and they weren't lying. The band are awesome. Great vocals and really good guitar. I love the bass and i think John Bonham is a brilliant drummer (Listen to Moby Dick & Stairway to Heaven). Personally i think Keith Moon is better. There are loads of great tracks on this album. Everyone will recognise whole lotta love from a certain tv programme!! There's also 'What is and what should never be', Moby Dick, Heartbreaker ..... there isnt really a weak song. A great album, but nothing compares to The Who. Defo 5/5. It would be in my top ten

No seriously why? This album is amazing. This one of AC/DCs best albums. This is more bluesy rock n roll and the blues is very evident in this album. Every song on this album gets better. When you listen to each song you think can this get any better and it does. Best songs are Downpayment Blues, Riff Raff, Rock N Roll Damnation & What's Next The Moon?. This is a must for every AC/DC fan this should be one of AC/DCs most popular albums ever but sadly it isn't it's certainly one of their best. This is a great start to AC/DC it's one of their. Why it's not more known is beyond me but we'll have to deal with it. Buy this Rock classic if you're a rock n roll fan. LET THERE BE ROCK!!!!!!!!!

Well the title says it all, this CD/Album is a great one, in bought this from recommendation and loved it. Been using it for a long wile now, the music will never be out dated.....

one word amazeing stairway to heaven alone!! fantastic album no 1 rocks like zep jimmy page one of the best guitarists ever along with david gilmour but my favourite is jimi hendrix electric ladyland wow!! buy this album classic rightly so!!
