Guns n Rose's 'Welcome to the Videos' is a must have for all hardcore GNR fans as it is a video collection of "the most dangerous band in the world's" back catalogue from Sweet Child O' Mine to Estranged! I bought the DVD about 2 years ago and I have to say it is the most watched one in my collection. The only video in my eyes which it should have included was 'You Could Be Mine'. Almost everything else is there from when they were massive in the late 80's/early 90's!!! So buy it : You will not be disapointed. Guns n Roses produced some of the most epic expensive videos of the time and 'November Rain' still stands as one of the most expensive. what an amazing album!!! the opening riff just blows your head off, make sure you turn the volume up to really enjoy it!! fantastically diverse and engaging. for me this album is the real coming together of these amazing songwriters the album sounds focused and delivers in all aspects. highlights are definitly 'revelations' 'shape of things to come' 'original fire' 'one and the same' to be honest i could happily name the enire album!! it's on repeat in my car and i find something new with every listen! this album is a must have without a shadow of a doubt, for me it's there best album! thats my personal opinion but i'll leave that for you to decide.

Blimey, you can almost set your clock by them, such is the regularity of Axel rudi Pell albums. Here comes, what, his twelfth studio album since he went solo and his nineteenthishrelease overall. Now some folks will say that if you have one Axel Rudi Pell album, you have them all, but those of us quietly applauding from the sidelines will disagree. There are minor changes from his last release of original material ("Mystica" from 2006), although I would take issue with his claim of "modern licks". Unless he was referring to something other than his guitar playing, in which case I don't want to know. I bought this awhile back on the strength of the title track i wasn't dissapointed at all each track is brilliant and has a very good meaning to it. My favourite are Stand Up And Shout, Holy Diver, Don't Talk To Strangers, Invisible, Rainbow In The Dark & Shame On The Night basically the whole album. The solos are brilliant dio's vocals are awesome (obviously). The Interview is very interestibng to listen to, the booklet is great aswell. A great album deffinetly recommend you buy this. DIO ROCKS!!!!!

I bought this album on a whim and to be honest I'd never heard of Racer X. I've been a Satch/Vai/Johnson fan for many moons along with relics like Rush and Zappa. Well I was very pleasantly surprised to say the least. For me, this was the album of the year. This guy can play guitar and captures all the raw energy that Satch used to have (sorry Satch, but Satchafunkilus is boring old tripe in comparison). Bring on the next instrumental Mr. Gilbert.

Well i just can't believe it, they have done it again, Brave new world rocks like a 9.9 on the richter scale....My god, the title track is pure gold and then blood brothers goes beyond....The album is just perfect in ever detail. It rocks like no other and i am an avid fan. A matter of life and death was awesome but i just can't describe this, it is un-describable. Just buy, sit back and rock away....you will not be dissapointed....Long live the Maiden

Had to leave a review as i nearly didnt buy this , seeing all the low feed back. Thought it would be average at best. Well bought it anyway ,on the strength of The Legacy and New Order , it is Testament after all ! Brilliant album , blew me away , played over & over ! Also check out The Ritual , another superb album that gets average reviews , go figure !

I tend to agree with Mikey all this pontification about what Tool songs mean or don't mean or whether tool is a metaphor for living a certain way blah blahblah is pointless. I am a massve Tool fan and have seen their musical scale and scope grow since the early nineties into what has to be said a fantastic album in 10,000 days which is a real grower unfairly criticised by a lot of you on Amazon early on release but......... I don't hang on their every word, know all their views on climate change, when they were born or whether they talk in riddles and nor do I look for little gimmicky types of hippyesque quotes or stuff from the band. The most important thing is that the music is so unique that it moves you just like opera does. I can't speak Italian or understand the lyrics of some operas but ... Read More:
