This album is a must buy!! it has some awesome tracks on such as, in this city, people, violent and young and day glo! not usually my kind of music but this band is incredable! i highly reconmend it.

Another top notch offering of African-Latin-Indo-middle eastern influenced downtempo grooves. Although it doesnt veer far from the TC template there is more of an Afro vibe while the lyrics are more political than before. If you're already a fan get this pronto. If you dont like their previous releases you sure wont like this either. And now for the big BUT....the quality of the packaging. Sorry to say this but it is the worst packaged CD in music history, alright.. since the mid 80s. Its a pretty shoddy cardboard sleeve which is a bit larger than your standard plastic jewel case. The song 'Dead and Gone' is the standout track on the album! Lil Wayne sounds awful on 'Swagga Like Us' and if you heard that before Tha Carter 3 then I don't think he would've sold a quarter than what he has. A solid album from TI with enough Raw tracks and a couple of Radio Friendly songs thrown in for him to make his $$$.

LAX is a MUST buy album for Game and Hip-Hop fans. I disagree with the people complaining about there is to many tracks. There is alot of tracks but each one of them is good so too many tracks isnt something i would complain about. Most Recognisable tracks are Games Pain Ft Keyshia Cole My Life Ft Lil Wayne Dope Boys Ft Travis Barker And Big Dreams ( Deluxe Adition only ) Hip-Hop Legends such as Ice Cube, Nas and Raekwon Feature. Aswell as other artists such as Lil Wayne, Ne-Yo and Ludacris among others. LAX is a must buy album and i would recomend it to anyone. I've been a fan of Roots Manuva for a while but it only took me one listen to be sure this is the best thing he's ever done. It hasn't been off my stereo since. If you like hip-hop you need this record.

like the title says a great album from kanye. I'm not going to compare it with curtis ans they re both great in their own right and really aren't compariable. the best songs are; - Good Morning - Champion - Good Life - Can't Tell Me Nothing - Flashing Lights - Homecoming

This is a great album if you like rock mixed with rap. The songs are very political which I believe is a good thing for America, which is who I believe is the target audience.

This album consists mainly of slow tracks but not all are typical ballads. Some are soulful reflections on life and relationships. The music itself is a mix of neo classical soul and modern R n B. This combination may lead to audiences responding to the familiarity of the modern beat and then eschewing the other creative material. Basically your ability to appreciate this music depends on your ablity to appreciate talent in song writing, vocal delivery and the arrangement of strong vocals with the right accompaniment.
