The Red Hot Chili Peppers have now been going 27 years and they still sound fresh and new. I copied this album of a freind of mine who went to the gig about 2 years ago and it is my most played album on Media Player, it is that good. I saw the Chili Peppers at Portman Road, Ipswich, on the first night of their Stadium Arcadium tour and they were fantastic. Any venue, any time, and they are fantastic, which is why this is a fantastic album. It starts with a catchy, funky intro from John, Flea and Chad. This follows into "Can't Stop" (just listen to the crowd cheering after the first couple of notes are played on John's guitar). Next are two classic tracks, "Scar Tissue" and "By The Way". I've never seen Radiohead live, and this gave me the opportunity to enjoy them as that. It's kind of ironic hearing the people cheer the songs that now I know and love only AFTER the song's finished because they haven't heard them before. Classic Radiohead, back in the day: good buy.

An incredible live show from an incredible band, featuring most of their biggest songs - Iris, Naked, Cuz You're Gone, Slide, Name, Two Days In February.... they're pretty much all on here. The band perform each song to perfection and even if you have previously the heard the studio versions many times before these live tracks still manage to offer something fresh whilst still being instantly recognisable. Live In Buffalo is worth every penny because not only is it a joy to listen to, it is also a 2 disc set - CD and DVD - meaning you can choose to watch the entire show or simply listen to it on your stereo. Thank you to the other reviewers who recommended this superb double LP. The 'live' recordings capture the spirit and enthusiasm of this band and their music. They don't struggle to be folk, pop or country as so many others do - they simply produce great music that falls into just one category - brilliant.

After 24 years quite simply still the most entertaining live band. This DVD combines all the favorites. While not the original line up, front man Mike Peters still comands the stage as well as he ever did, with a curent line up of some of the best musicians in the business. If you have never seen this band live buy this DVD and see what your missing. I've been a committed fan for over 30 years, but have to say I felt a little let down by this offering. Many of the tracks have been available on recent Moodies re-packages. Contains interesting and largely enjoyable live recordings from their heyday and is a worthwile addition to the collection for hardened fans only. If you don't have all the original classis seven albums, then spend your money on those first before considering this collection of tracks.

Here we have the Earthband hitting Boston for six, recorded for a local radio company this is a prime example of the group live. Blinded by the light riding high in the singles charts and the new album in the top ten.The roaring silence proved to Manfred and the boys that they had cracked America.so if you have any Earthband studio albums and were not lucky enough to see them live ,I recommend this to you its a time capsule of the group at home on stage where they belong. Super.
