Excellent Karaoke CD-G, my six year old and her friends had a fantastic time on this the graphics are easy to follow and the music authentic. Well recommended

The programme is surely set to become as classic as Camberwick Green, Bagpuss, etc. The whole package is just perfect, lovely characters, visually beautiful and great music. The CD is brilliant - like an extended episode with all the familiar individual character songs, Derek Jacobi's lovely narration, the regular bits (intro/closing theme, the Tittifers, the dance number that they all do and choice bits from various episodes. My 18 month old son and I listen to it in the car all the time and he does the actions and loves joining in on the big dance number! And ok, I have to admit it - I have it on my iPod too ;) Absolutely charming - can't recommend it enough.

I agree with much that has been said about the excellence of this album but surely Amazon have scored 1 star agian for lumping all the old reviews for the originalk CD version of this album into the page for this new version. I looked this up to try to get a handle on the "reversed" and "half speed" versions that are included in this 2 CD edition. Sadly there does not seem to be any. To my ears the half speed version of Heavenly Music Corporation is very heavy and dense. You will not want to play this on anything that can not cope with very deep bass sounds. The reversed Swatsika Girls version sounds very similar to the forwards version. Great stuff

I'm one of the fortunate ones who attend Hillsong Church London so we get the albums early :o) The worship team play a selection every week ad it's amazing. The writers of these songs are so talented. The album has a great selection of fast and slow songs. I got this album over a month ago and I haven't felt the need to listen to anything else! The first two songs are very upbeat, they are Your Name High and Run. The song Stronger and Healer, Desert Song and Where We Belong are also favourites. You Deserve from the previous United Summer Camp Festival 'In A Valley by the Sea' is also on here. By it - you won't be disappointed!!!

What a little gem this is. I can't believe this passed me by (well it was on the radio so that's probably why). This is probably better than anything I have seen on TV for the last couple of years. I must admit that I haven't seen the HBO TV series and I'm not sure if I really want to because this is so good that I don't want to be disappointed. For those of you who don't know, Flight of the Conchords are a real band, they even have an album out on the sub pop label. Though this radio series is a fictitious account of their attempt to break into the UK scene. They are described as a novelty band and indeed their songs are very funny but the music is still good as well. The only thing I can compare them to are Tenacious D but then they aren't ... My wife (for whom I bought it) says that this CD set is very restful and soothing and I have to say that I quite like to hear the singing in the background whilst I slave away at the computer. And, of course, the great thing is that we got two CDs for about the price of one. Excellent!

I have used this cd with the children at my Pre-school aged 2 - 4, and they have really enjoyed it, even children who would not usually be interested in this activity were standing at the fringes of the group bopping along to funky monkey, I have high hopes they will soon be fully partaking. We will be buying more of the range. It takes the pressure of you to come up with the music and ideas but also gives range to expand.

Our kid's been bouncing up and down to the songs on this since we got this - I don't think I'll ever be able to get our DVD player back off her now! The singalong versions of the songs and videos is a great touch - she knows pretty much all the words off by heart now. Best of all it gets her moving about rather than just sitting on the sofa all the time like so many other things on TV. Really good family stuff all-round.
