This album remains one of the best, Anything but dull, real joy in worship with many favourites. I love this style of music and it does justice to the wonder of God's mighty works. Great when you have friends round or just listening in the car or at home. Wonderfully inspirational tracks.

I have used this cd with the children at my Pre-school aged 2 - 4, and they have really enjoyed it, even children who would not usually be interested in this activity were standing at the fringes of the group bopping along to funky monkey, I have high hopes they will soon be fully partaking. We will be buying more of the range. It takes the pressure of you to come up with the music and ideas but also gives range to expand.

Tom Lehrer is completely brilliant, and these songs that kept my parents laughing in the 1950s are just as relevant and entertaining today. The man is a wonderful musician and the musical jokes are as clever as the verbal ones. This CD is also excellent value with 23 of his finest songs for just £6.97. There's not a single duffer amongst them, which works out at a miniscule 30p per track. Unmatchable for laughs and value.

This CD is excellent quality for its budget price; it is very calming and creates a relaxing ambience to help you chill, de-stress and unwind. It is excellent background music for reading to, soaking in a bath and also works great to help you get off to sleep.

I admit it, I am a massive fan of Enya, from the moment I heard Orinoco Flow. I have all her albums, singles and compilations. In my book, she was the start of New Age music. So, I admit to being biased! Her albums take a while to make and the wait is difficult to take. However, when she releases an album, she delivers a 4 or 5 star album. I agree with the sentiments from Paul of the Netherworld, my fellow reviewer from Brighton who, in his review of the CD single of Amarantine, spoke about other music which exists and tends to dominate the charts. In the desert, there is always an oasis, and in today's predominantly arid music scene, here is that oasis - another lovely Enya album. The title track is quite similar to "Only Time", and ... Together with 50 songs and nursery rhymes on the first disc (CD) disc 2 (which is a DVD) has classic childrens stories, learning rhymes, action songs and learning games. We use the CD mostly in the car but it's the DVD which gets the most play in our house - the Action Songs are my little ones favorite (I'm a little teapot, Mulberry Bush and Ring Of Roses are firm favs). For the first few times my toddler simply sat a watched but after that she couldn't help but join in, and she loves to dance and move to the actions that the boys & girls do on screen. We were given this as a gift when our daughter was born but we only introduced her to it at around 11 months old. Now she is 2 and it is the most played DVD in our house. It hardly ... Read More:

and I like the box too: I can always pick it out among the other VW sets ;-) A wonderful evocative 3rd, a tense war study. Not very pastoral, nor bucolic or lyrical: I do not agree much with Vernon Handley's interpretation. Rather it is the past remembered, resigned melancholy that something is not quite right, yet with self-discovery and steely determination that is discussed and evolved by the soloists. Never forget that a war demands and makes a different mindset we do not understand. I find Rued Langgaard's deeply disturbing 4th Symphony, "Leaf Fall" 1916, to be in good company here. Haitink's take on things generally differs just a bit from the English conductors, but I think "In the Fen Country" in particular justifies buying the set. Yeah, ... Read More:

Having watched a production of Annie with my pet mouse, I was pursuaded to buy the CD for him. He loves it! He's constantly listening to the album and has made himself a wig out of the wax that covers edam cheese. He's even started eating less cheese so that he can feel more like an orphan. My only worry is that he now has a love of dogs and being a mouse, this is potentially hazardous. This is why I have only awarded four stars, but if you asked him, he'd give it five . . . and a half if that was possible.
