Mysterious, Iconic, Intruiging and totally musical. Having heard of editors but not knowing much about them i embarked upon eurockeennes de belfort festival 2007, midday on the second day and on came Editors, the set started well and i was instantly impressed with the quality of the live performances, as the set continued i felt being drawn into their sound and by the end i was impressed enough to order this album as soon as i got home. Also, another thing that impressed me was the fact that the lead singer came into the crowd with the public after their set to watch queens of the stoneage. The album is very good with some instant hooks and some songs that gradually grow on you, the sound is very unique for the time and although i can see similarities to JD i think it is unfair to labour them ... Probably the worst album to be released since the cover of the beatles album abbey road by St Thomas school for the deaf.

Totally amazing, one of the greatest albums ever made. Dark, brooding, with awesome scratching, beautiful and unsettling singing and, in my opinion, superior to Dummy. Love driving at night or smoking at home to this absolute classic. You'd be a fool not to hear it.

I'd never heard of Johnny Cash until this cd appeared in the cd player at work. Needless to say, it came home with me about a week later, and has been in my car ever since. There's something about johnny Cash that is totally mesmerising, & i'm even more hooked since watching walk the line, which is one of my favourite films. This deserves a place in every CD collection.

Any young persons wanting to listen to maybe the best rock/blues singer england have ever produced,along with paul rogders of course,can listen to this 3 cd package and just sit back and listen to a man who has been one of the best for 30 years.Fool for your loving which you should never get tired of listening to ,then blind man what a track ,don't braek my heart again is another vocal performance of the highest order ,then my little gem out of quite a few is,too many tears ,this cd or any whitesnake cd is more than worth a listen ,and the new material from on good to be bad is also very good ,DC is a man with a big voice and knows how to deliver it so young people get any whitesnake material and just listen to a man that can sing the socks off anyone alive or dead ,

The essence of any Brit-Pop band is do they have enough originality to last the distance? It's often easy to produce a stunning first album and then fail to live up to expectations. The first album can well be dominated by songs written over a period of time. The problem can come when new material has to be written. Having said that there has to be a starting point and The Feeling are a decent southern England band with some catchy choruses and hook lines that have stood them apart from many of their contemporaries. They have the pseudo London feel of a Blur but mix it with decent melodies. They are one of those bands that you hear in a shopping centre or on the radio and immediately think "that's good who are they? It's just remembering them apart from the others ... Read More:
