I am biased of course because I love James Taylor's voice...! but this is sublime for a christmas feel anytime of the year...even if,like me, you are not vaguely religious, all the songs just feel 'right'!

I was so looking forward to this release as I was forced to miss the Wembley concert at the last minute. BOY am I disappointed. Compared with the band's earlier concert DVDs, this is a pile of . . . well, insert a suitable word of your choice. And as for "Jimmy the Cheese" - lordy, what a shambles - he's singing SO flat most of the time, it's actually painful to listen to. Mike, James M, Jordan, and John - five words - find_a_new_vocalist_now. Totally agree with the other reviewers on the issue of the facile and puerile back-stage segues - waste of time and footage. Please, DT, put this one behind you and give us the concert footage we deserve next time round. Hamish

I own all of the mash up mixes so far and due to my clubbing days beginning in the early to mid 90's was eagerly awaiting this release and it doesn't disappoint. CD 1 is generally on a more housey tip with tracks spreading the years including early faves such by 808 State and Altern 8 - "Watch ya bass bins I'm tellin ya" through my fave house track off all time by The Nightcrawlers up to "Lazy" by X-Press 2, though how this is old skool I don't know ? Other classics by Shades of Rhythm - "Everytime I see her, everytime I see the girllllll", FPI Project and Robin S bring back many memories of great club nights. Thought about buying this for a while, kept listening and re-listening to the 30sec excerpts on itunes and then eventually took the plunge. Glad I did as it's actually much better and with more depth to it than the excerpts would suggest. Very pleasant to listen to, very Californian and very 'beach'. A very good 'summer Saturday morning after a good Friday night before' type of CD - goes well with coffee and toast!

And after 14 years, New Kids on the Block have returned. These guys are not boys anymore. The musical style is very different from the cute lyrics of the old days. Collaborative works with artists such as Ne-Yo, Akon, the Pussycat Dolls, Teddy Riley and New Edition have made this album interesting and with a sound that is very 2008. The best tracks are Summertime, 2 in the Morning, Dirty Dancing, Twisted, Full Service and the UK bonus track One Song. This album is strongly recommended to New Kids fans and anyone who likes the Timbaland style.
