First off this is truly a superb gig. The track listing is faultless and the performances, though beautifully flawed at times, are blistering. It is a far superior document of the Ziggy period Bowie to the 73' retirement gig at the Hammersmith Odeon. I already own the 94' official release of this concert on the mainman `golden years' label. I bought this new EMI edition because I had read somewhere that Bowie had remastered the recording himself. He hasn't! Listening to it I cannot really detect any significant differences in sonic quality from the 94' release. What is shockingly obvious however is the absence of big chunks and small snippets of Bowie's playingly camp dialogue with his audience throughout. Where's his ... Read More:

I don't really think, that we need this re-release version of the album, that is not actual anymore! Up to my mind, everyone Rihanna fan would like to see her new material, something original, not this old tracks and just 3 new songs that isn't brilliant! The best track on this commercial album is "Take A Bow". Buy a single, not this commercial release.

This is a good CD with some catchy songs on it, but they can get a bit boring after a while. But it still has some catchy songs on it, so i'm giving it 5 stars.

This albums fresh and will get you grooving if not singing along! Black Kids are a great band (even if they are from the States) and deserve big success - Good luck for the future guys. If your next album's as good as this one i can see good times ahead for you, not just in Britain but the rest of the world! One listen and I'm hooked, can't find one bad track on here. Probably one of the best albums released this year, go buy it!

Is this a good album, no, its bloody excellent!. I havent bought an album in ages that I can truely say that I like every song. If you are a funk loving person, who loves a bit of the eighties this is definatley for you. Theres a bit of an Erasure/ boygeorge vibe... in a good way of course and its great to dance too. I cant stop playing it! well done Sam, looking forward to seeing what else you can do?

This DVD is awesome, I like the NJ show more, but of course the Mexico show is amazing as well. I watched it 3 times so far and just waiting for my limited edition one now :)

Every song is great and "Don't Stop me now" and "Save me" are especially good.Even my 14 year old son loves this set. I recommend this to any Queen Fan!

I know that this band has influences from Coldplay and Keane, but they are much better than those bands in my opinion. I thought Keane's singles from the last album were great, especially Crystal ball, so I think this is more like the new Keane than the old Keane. Although I think OneRepublic is their own individual band and maybe they shouldn't be compared. When I first heard this band's song re-mixed by Timbaland, I wasn't expecting the band to do any solo songs because I thought it was sort of organised by Timblalnd, but it turns out that Timbaland re-mixed OneRepublic's version of Apologize and made it sound better. I have to admit I avoided buying this album because everyone talked about it and I didn't think it would match up to the ratings. However, I did give in and I'm glad I did! I can't remember how many times I've played it and I don't get sick of it. It's a lovely, easy going album, perfect for chilling out to. One of my favourites has to be 'People should smile more'. If you want a good album, get this!!

You've probably dismissed Diamond as music your mum listens to. You're wrong to think this because you'll be missing some great pompous rock songs. Some of it's cheesy, but a lot of what is on this best of is genuinely good stuff. His name looks like an anomaly on my MP3 player's artist list. The thing is, I'm not ashamed as I love these big over the top (orchestra included on everything) songs. And you don't have to worry about good taste getting in the way of your listening experience. Some of these songs even rock in their own way. Though it's best to skip the Streisand duet. And Brooklyn Road and Morningside don't stand up after a few listens. Otherwise it's great.
