..is the only word for this album. I have never heard such a pure voice - you may have heard the songs before but you have never heard them sung like this. Eva's voice was unique - how very sad that the only video in existence of her singing is some amatuer footage taken at Blues Alley - where some of these tracks were recorded. If you can listen to "Autumn Leaves" without a lump in your throat - then you have no soul my friend.

In the modern world with the formulaic, follow-my-leader attitude which has given us so many bands sounding the same and trying to follow in the footsteps of industry leaders like Arctic Monkeys, I can't overstate how much the Black Kids are a breath of fresh air. Its a unique, quirky and energetic album which puts that spring back in your step. From start to finish I thoroughly enjoyed this album and its been a while since I've said that (Biffy Clyro's puzzle I think). So if you're tired of the dross offered up by the mediocre Wombats, Pigeon Detectives, Enemy (the list could go on) then BUY THIS NOW!!!

The first time I heard Imelda May and her band was when she was the supporting act for Jools Holland at Stanford Hall earlier this year. Must say that I was very impressed, so much that I bought the CD straight after at the Gig. Rockabilly type music that I wouldn't normally be into. She has a fantastic voice and this is a great CD, you won't be dissapointed.

Being a 19 year old female some may say I'm too old to be a Hannah/Miley fan, but I don't care !! She's amazing and so's her music too. I would recommend this album to any pop fan. It's funky and catchy. My favourite songs would have to be "7 things", "Girls just wanna have fun", "full circle", "fly on the wall" and "see you again". Although these are my personal faves all the songs are easily 10/10 and I could listen to this album all day and night it's just amazing.

Fun, lively, sinister; pure Bellowhead. This is a wonderful album that really shows how the band has developed since Burlesque. Burlesque was good, but at times it felt like 'the Spiers and Boden band' rather than showing Bellowhead up in all its glory. Matachin rectifies this in style. The arrangements are well thought out and the ensemble is top notch, and full of the band's trademark quirkiness. I challenge you to keep still!

I love this album. Ever since i bought it iv been driving my family and friends crazy singing all the catchy songs. As a big busted fan i think it is a very good pop/rock album. I would recommend it to anyone, the jonas brothers are more than just some "disney popcorn" and their songs are very well written. One of the best albums i own!

Im not really one for Dubstep and to be frank, Dubstep annoys me a little. However, one day this guy Burial comes along and changed my life. In a world of changing emotions one often needs a medium to "escape" as it were from life and the crap that comes with it. This is where Burial steps in. This is quite possibly the finest bit of musical work to ever be made. Its not your orthodox album, it needs to be heard from track 1 to track 13 all in one go. As someone else posted earlier, this is seriously a night bus album. Burial infuses his trademark 2-step sounds with haunting melodies and a crackling in the background that makes this piece work ever more haunting.... Why am i going on? High School Musical is being talked about by teenager's everywhere, so I was determined to see what it was like. I asked someone I knew (who is obsessed with it) If I could borrow their copy of the soundtrack - And now I wish I hadn't. For staters the actual music is just over-used up beat dance tracks. With some weak mordern R and B thrown in. The things kicks of with a song entitled "Start of Something New". The song is merely just a badly written, horribly sang pop song. The vocals are very poor, there are signs of lack of emotion (in all the tracks). The second one, which is more of an R and B tune, is well irritating. The whole trainers squeeking in the back ground is simply annoying beyond beliefe. The "Gota getcha getcha getcha head in the game" just proves how weak ... Read More:
