I was a fan of scouting for girls until I got this album then I realised how annoying and similar every song is. Not good.

Okay, I should just start with the fact that when I first heard The Saturdays, with their first single 'If This Is Love', I thought they were terrible. Never thought I'd even give them a second look, and that within a few months they would be lost forever in the world of awful dropped artists. Thank God I was wrong! They followed up first horrific [in my opinion] song with an absolute gem of a song! 'Up' really is an inspired and brilliant pop song, with a brilliant little tune to it and the girls' voacals really shine. This has to be one of the best albums I have bought in a long time. Every track is good usually there is always a couple of songs that don't do it for you but every track is great. This is my first Neyo CD but not the last.

I think people need to give this guy a chance. Ive read a lot of forum comments where people are just slating him, and its just unfair to judge someone so quickly. He needs a little time to find his feet and im almost certain that he will do really well. So what his sales didnt get as good as Leona or Shane Ward. He is still a great singer and i think his first album is a fantastic effort with some great songs on there. At the end of the day not everyone is going to like every song on an album....thats just the way it is. This guy deserves a chance and deserves peoples support, so good luck to him and i hope he does well!

What can be said? Grace Jones always has been an individual in a sea of normality. This album, like the track 'Hurricane' pretty much blows everything away. Retaining the reggae beats, care of Sly & Dunbar, but with a much harder edge tracks such as 'Corporate Cannibal' are like a rhythmic sledge hammer through a plate glass window. There aren't any hugely strong songs here but if you are a fan of Grace Jones and her individual style then this was worth the long wait.

OH DEAR, OH DEAR, HAVING JUST BOUGHT THIS. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THE TRACKS WERE RE-MASTERED FROM THE ORIGINALS (WITH THE HELP OF MORRISSEY ? ?) THEN WHO WAS THE PILLOCK THAT CHOPPED THE FULL FADE OFF "THAT JOKE ISN'T FUNNY ANYMORE" BUT LEFT THE FULL TIMING ON THE SLEEVE???? ANOTHER BRILLIANT OPPORTUNITY WASTED.... MORRISSEY AND WARNER BROTHERS.........HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME!!!

I am another who was fortunate enough to see one of his recent live concerts. Of course we were treated to all of his classics, plus a few tracks from this latest new album. These tracks were very pleasant and memorable. Infact, an exceptional set of songs that amount to an exceptional album. This remakable return to form is acheived with songs written by other artists including John Lennon, U2, Tom Petty and Jackson Brown. Some of these tracks are quite addictive. So, there it is. Not typical Glen Campbell perhaps, but certainly classical Glan Campbell. If this is your scene, then this album is a must.

Leona is a fantastic singer, and it is wonderful to see someone with actual talent win the X Factor. And Spirit is, I feel, a 'must have' album. However, as one of the millions who bought Spirit when it first came out, I really do feel the record company are taking the mickey with this release; it is just pure, cynical money grabbing without any thought to fans of the artist. Is it worth buying the album a second time basically for Run? I'll leave that to the consumer to decide. The unfortunate thing about this is that while consumers are happy being ripped off like this, the record companies will continue to take advantage. Maybe one day people will learn.....
