Another great album from Emmylou. Some people think this is a classic, and I cannot blame them. It has many great songs, such as the title track and (You Never Can Tell) C'est la vie. Emmylou has a great voice and she is a country singer number one.

Although tis is an excelent collection from Johnny Cash, there are two songs missing from the CD than is advertised on the album listings as advertised on the Amazon website. Track 1/ Big Foot and Track 9/ Old Apache Squaw are missing. Review by Richard Warrender

The music is great and well selected. But B-WARE of an apparently systematic defect: Peter, a previous reviewer had a problem of switched contents. My set has a more serious problem. CD 1 has the contents of cd 3 while cd 3 has its proper contents. This means the 26 or so songs of cd 1 are missing. This is a typical latent defect. Naturally a long time may go after you buy the set before you notice the defect, so returning it to the seller may be impossible. It is a problem and a fun-eradicating irritation getting this defect remedied. So you better listen to the discs before you pay the money. Good luck. Kris writes songs of life a little like Dylan he is an aquired taste many of his songs are well known recorded by other artists but sung by him as they were meant to sound and mean is the best for me many albums are hard to get hold of now but this one has all the best tracks together you may not like it first time but take a little time to learn this mans history and feelings from his songs he is so respected by the others who sing his songs

This is one of my most played albums! It's a gorgeous collection of songs written by Jimmy Webb & beautifully sung by Glen Campbell. There's not a bad track on here. If you love music like Campbell's hit single Galveston, you're gonna love this one! Just one bad thing to say here: why put the 2 extra tracks first, since the people who buys this most probably already have heard them? Why include them at all? They're on lots of Campbell albums already & doesn't have much to do with the album since they're 7 years older. But that's a small problem.
