I recently bought 702's sophomore album and found that it was much better than their debut. "You'll just never know",and "Don't go breaking my heart", are the only two songs that should have been left out as they are a tad bland in a 'Honeyz' kind of way. The remainder of the album is full of upbeat tunes that put TLC, EnVogue and All Saints to shame. 702 are the only female RnB group to come close to stealing Destiny's child's crown. They show great diversity and although their voices aren't crystal shattering they can hold a tune and sound extremely pleasant. If you are an RnB fan then this is the album for you my particular favourites are " You don't know" and "Will you be ok?" they combine ... Read More:

Bach's music has something of a purity and at first the concept of adding a couterpoint caused me a few doubts but listening to the Chaconne almost dispelled them- it is a breathtakingly beautiful performance, shame about Poppen's amateurish violin playing which slightly spoils the piece against Hilliard's angelic singing. They should have got Hilary Hahn to do it. Another minor gripe is the changes to the Jesu meine Freude. That simply spoilt it. But in summary a unique and beautiful if crassly flawed album. If you like Bach and want something a little different- get this: it is still a gem.
