Fans of Sarah Brightman have expressed mixed opinions on this `Best Of' release. Being labeled as a `crossover' artist I think can be a burden, for there are times when he/she will perform opera and classical music but get criticized by the `classical buffs' for trying to step on the toes of their treasured elitist professional musicians of the classical world. Then there is the criticism from fans of `popular music', who see their idol apparently deserting their pop roots and alienating themselves by joining the orchestral high society club. It was a good solid release but it failed to acknowledge Brightman's career pre-Peterson, indeed, it only included songs that were recorded and released with the nineties. The other two releases came about at the same time in 2006. Europeans (i.e. us) were lumbered with 'Classics: The Best of Sarah Brightman'. A pigeon holed release that did not demonstrate Brightman's career at all, and focused purely on her more classical recordings. The rest of the world was gifted with this gem. 1st of all I would like to say that I only just started to like Primal Fear when my best mate showed me this album a few months back and I am simply astonsihed of how absolutuly metal this album is. 1. Demons And Angels - 10/10 - Brilliant Playing and Catchy Lyrics. 2. Rollercoaster - 9/10 - Great follow up song with great chorus. 3. Seven Seals - 10/10 - One of the greatest slow songs ever. 4. Evil Spell - 8/10 - Starts slow but wait till it kicks in. 5. The Immortal Ones - 8/10 - Good Song. 6. Diabolus - 8/10 - Another Good Song. 7. I am a great fan of Sarah Brightman. I have several CDs including Timeless, which I frequently play, and really enjoy. The collection of music on The Harem World Tour, is excellent. Anyone new to Sarah's music, or a fan already, this CD is a must, you will not be dissappointed.
