I have been a fan of Cilvaringz for some time, and bought this album a while ago on import from Japan. I agree with the previous reviewer-th ebeats are some of the best to roll out of the Wu Mansion for a long time, and there are some classics on here. Before I continue I have to say that I am no prude, and I am a confirmed liberal who can see many points of view but there are some lyrics on this album which unashamedly support terrorist actions-in context of the album and the lyrical content this is acceptable but if you are ill informed, or judgemental about world politics this album WILL offend you. Ok, this has possibly got to be one of the best albums in my collection and one that i can never get tired of. Each time you listen to it you discover something new about the music. I must've listened to it a thousand times and I still find myself in a constant state of amazement at how the band achieve such beautiful music, and one of the few bands that everytime i hear i pick up something new within the melodies. The songs themselves have the same sort of structure as most bands in this 'post rock' genre. They'll start of elegant and melodic, using simple but very effective guitar, gradually building it up with the bass and fantastic drumming until you're left with a wave of noise. I have owned this music for many years now and decided to add a CD version to the other formats. I ordered this CD expecting a UK quality product. What arrived was not even close. I knew when I ordered the CD that the main cover picture would be different to the other versions, but I had not expected poor quality packaging. Musically, it is fairly much the same. There are no issues there. However, the physical appearance of the packaging is truly abysmal. The cover looks and feels cheap, the CD itself is flimsy because the plastic is slightly thinner than other CDs, the graphics are poor at best, there are no artist credits, etc.. Poor, poor, poor.
