Its always great to hear again Classic Mercury recordings they are indeed elderly recordings but dont let that put you off because they have a sonic dynamism missing from their more up to date counterparts.The drive and energy demonstrated by this conductor and orchestra together with the quality of the recording makes for a very enjoyable hour.I love the sheer involvement and energy of all the participents,you will enjoy it too !.
