Paul Motian is one of the greatest jazz drummers, but he is also a great leader and composer as well. Motian was the drummer in Bill Evans' most celebrated trio (with Scott LaFaro on bass) and in Keith Jarrett's US quartet. In my opinion he has built up a body of work as a leader as good as the work of either of those great groups. This trio, with Bill Frisell on guitar and Joe Lovano on tenor saxophone, has released several excellent albums, most recently 2005's 'I Have the Room Above Her'. With 'Time and Time Again' they adopt a similarly light, subtle style, but take it further. a re-release of there platinum selling album, this time you get jump that rock in single form with status quo and a live in concert dvd which i have seen and it is fantastic with a mix of new and old. old tracks from scooter are also on the album which was not on the last release so this is an essential for fans and newcomers of the recent music

This is a great CD really worth buying. For those who are into hard house & trance, this CD is perfect. The CD is quality thorughout, from track 1 to the end. Great in the car, at home, work; anywhere! Shame about the price!? By the way, I highly recommend Trance Voices vol.26, which is even better!

This CD is made up of Kim's first couple of RAK albums that she recorded with her brother Ricky. It's electronic and rocky reminding me of 1980s Giorgio Moroder. The albums include the early irresistable hits. Plus great tracks like You'll Never Be So Wrong; Chaos at the Airport; Take Me Tonight and Can You Come Over. A couple of B-sides eg Shane would have made this comprehensive but you can get those elsewhere. This is a value for money CD especially for those like me who can't be bothered to put needles on old records anymore. After these albums Kim got glammed up, not always comfortably. This CD gives you Kim Wilde - self effacing youth superstar of the early '80s.

A great album from Apoptygma. It keeps playing in my bedroom, loud and loud! Darker and rockier, does not rejects the electro origins but it is a different sound from the band. Commercial elements will remind of others but the result was interesting and the album came out on a brilliant equilibrium with the soundz. Check Cambodia (cover), Back On Track, Maze, In this Together.
