Over indulgent and sloppy playing. The ocassional burst of real fire makes it all the more poignant. Do I hear scraping at the bottom of the corporate barrel? Yup, sure do. As I write this I'm listening to the Cipollina / Gravenites band CD "Monkey Medicine" Far, far better.
