Although Rodrigo is probably the father of classical Spanish Guitar music this whole compilation brings forth lesser known names and compositions. To listen to with a bottle of wine and close ones eyes one can envisage those beautiful Spanish villages amid wondeful scenery. Dance of the Miller and the orchestral version of Dance Espanola No. 5 are a special delight. A must for lovers of this kind of music.

This is a wonderful cd! It is great to have on whilst you relax, there is a great variety of pieces and you don't have to be a lover of classical music to enjoy this box set. I am not a classical music fanatic but i love it!!!! There are 4 cds and all are fantastic! A wonderful set to add to your collection and at such good value it won't break the bank!!! A must have to those who like to relax to some beautiful sounds!!! Overall - a fantastic box set for a fantastic price - buy it!!!!

as the old saying goes{i may not know art but i know what i like}. i may not be an expert on spanish classical guitar music but this cd is excellent. track 5 disc 1 is 10 minutes of heaven.you may recognise it as the music from the film el cid.there are 1 or 2 tracks that dont quite hit the mark but mostly this is a fantastic compilation album and will satisfy most peoples needs. just relax with a bottle of rioja,turn off your phone and dont answer the door bell. you will be transported back to that little secret tapas bar that only you and your loved one know about. the sevilla feria 05 is where it takes us.
