There are many things talked about Gregg Allman, brushing aside his personal life his music has always been well exicuted. To take an orchestra on tour is always going to give his music a more interesting spin. The orchestra breaths new live into Dreams and adds another dimension to Midnight rider. The full Gospel choir helps move one of my favorite songs Will the Circle Be Unbroken along brilliantly. The Music from Cowboy is also very good, I would like to see more of there music on the shelves today as they also still sound quite fresh.

If you can imagine a mixture of B.B.King, Robert Cray and Al Green then you've got Wesley Curley Clark. His voice is superb throughout and his succinct guitar solos never overstay their welcome. The album contains the Grammy award-winning "Let It Rain" and there are at least three other tracks here of equal excellence; the B.B.King influenced "I'm Gonna Disappear", "Midnight Hour Blues" and "I've Been Searching" which sounds like it could have been recorded in Memphis at Hi studios in the seventies.The production and musicianship throughout is excellent and this is an album well worth your investigation.
