This is a wonderful album, musically. The sound is clear, the choices superb. BUT - and it is a big but - if you are planning to use tracks from this album for your wedding there is a potential for gross confusion because the digital index is for a Maria Callas album. So be warned, and make sure that whoever is in charge of ensuring that the right track is played at the right time has their wits about them.

So for a beginner with no idea where to start I bought the Sven Goran Eriksson Classical Collection. Mainly I bought it because it had such a variety of composers and also had a few tracks that I knew I liked. Any misgivings I had about this cd were quickly quashed. This is an absolutely fantastic collection of music. It’s relaxing, chilled out and just what you need on the drive home from work. Whatever you think of Sven…..he’s got some great taste in music.
