The first comment on this album is its price, really good value for 4 cd's. 2 were released in 1999 and 2 in 2000, so don't expect them to be new, but most are unheard of. Firstly the Trance cd's; The better of the selection giving some nice energetic tunes, with cd2's first track of BT- Dreaming being probably the best on all the cd's. The HardHouse CD's, which i mainly bought this for though are a little disappointing, i usually buy HardHouse albums from DJ's such as BK, Lisa Lashes etc, this on the other hand i wouldn't class as very hard, sort of.... slightly hard? Both cd's get gradually harder throughout the cd, they are still well worth a listen though. A bargain, but not quite worthy of a 5 star as it lacks some quality.

The notes on the rear of The Complete Studio Masters 1956-1971(Bear Family Records) Gene Vincent cd box set state that "rock 'n' roll comes no better than this". This claim without any doubt is no exageration, this Gene Vincent cd box set is phenomenal!Although the cd box set does not contain the alternate takes that can be found on the EMI cd boxset or the alternate and live takes takes that can be found on various Rockstar cd releases, it does, however contain previously unissued stereo versions. This is a wonderful cd boxset, the definitive compilation, beautifully presented, containing eight cds and a comprehensive hardback book including a concise discography and superb photographs.
