ignore the negatives surrounding this box set as even though they are not remastered and look as though its a cash cow by EMI since Radiohead have released new material for downloading for whatever price a fans pays but this box set is good value for money as most shops would sell each album for under redicoulous prices and getting all seven albums for thirty pund is a real bargain.

This is the second Radiohead tribute by this fine American String Quartet. The first was 'Strung Out On OK Computer', which provided a startling example of the complexity and structure of Radiohead'a masterpiece, and also can be applauded for managing to recreate the claustrophobic atmosphere of the original. This album is again a great insight into some excellent musicianship. Unfortunately, where "Strung Out On OK Computer" gave you an excellent new view of OKC and on occassion created an atmosphere even greater than the original (most prominently on Fitter Happier- which is a phenominal rework)- this album only makes you want to listen to Kid A! It goes to show that the layering and sheer complexity of arrangements on tracks ... Read More:

Sorry but I have to say there are a lot of elitist Radiohead 'fans' who seem to think they own the band and less knowledgeable need to be kept out. Well apart from their parents all fans started somewhere along the releases and these fantastic tracks will spawn another generation of fans.
