Released on the now defunct New Electronica label back in 1997, 'Occurrences' should grace any electronic music fan's collection. Often hailed as 'Europe's Carl Craig', Stefan Robbers makes the most exquisite electronica. From techno to electro, from ambient to drum'n'bass. But much more than that, he had the ear for melody and his songs are much more than a collection of electronic sounds just thrown together. Robbers takes time over his songs, crafting them into wonderful pieces of music. It's a pity so few electronic music producers follow his example.
