The traps caught their first moth in less than 5 minutes, quickly followed by male moth mayhem. The first lot of traps caught over 70, in addition to which I killed 30-40 moths that had landed near the traps over a 3-week period, with most of the victims finding their way to the pads in the first week. Hopefully, persistent use of these traps over the coming year will break the back of their breeding cycle and I'll be able to buy non-synthetic jumpers again! Strategic positioning of the traps is pretty essential.
