Using a pedometer has been a great motivator in getting fit and active and I would (and do!) recommend one to everyone. This has helped me to lose over 3 stone gained after pregnancy over 6 months and is much better and cheaper than joining a gym and never having time to go (which I also did). It encourages me to walk in my lunch hour and into town at weekends, and when I'm short on steps I just jog around the house or when watching tv! Bought this to replace a Omrom Walking Pro II which died after 3 months. This one is half the size and has been very reliable. I've used one of these all summer for camping trips. Previously I used a standard torch with rechargeable AA batteries but these can have a habit of dying just when they're needed and it's expensive to keep buying fresh sets. This torch is just the job. It provides sufficient illumination for in a tent, walking around a camp site in pitch black and has been very useful at home during power cuts. It's lightweight, reliable and dependable and I know it's there when it's needed so I won't be reverting back to conventional battery-powered torches. This product is fab. Stays warm through the night. I bought one for our new puppy and she seems to like it, am now looking to buy a second for me! I have used it as a hot water bottle in bed a few times and it is still warm in the morning. Very easy to use, has the advantage that it doesn't get overly hot initially, unlike a hot water bottle. Ideal for pet or human use.

I was disappointed with these lights. They stopped working after only having them a few days, after heavy rain. I posted the item back (at my expense) for a replacement...and the same thing happened again after another bout of rain. They really shouldn't konk out just because of wet weather! I havent bothered to send these back - as I got rid of the packaging thinking it would not happen twice - but it did. It's a shame as they are pretty lights.

I would suggest that if sited on a lawn, if a piece of pipe is sunk into the ground to be flush with the ground, this would permit easy removal and replacement of the feeding station to allow mower-access.

I've been having this Hedgecutter for 3 years. No problems whatsoever and very powerful in what it does. Don't forget to grease the teeth of the blade after each time you use it. It will prolong the life of it.
