It's simple really: it doesn't work. I heated my soup in the microwave before work as usual (I have been using a 'normal' stainless steel flask - not made by these people - up until now). I also heated the flask with boiling water. I sealed my soup in the flask properly. By lunchtime it was barely warm. Not pleasant. I have tried several times, heating the soup to boiling, but no difference. Very disappointing.

Whilst the idea is sound the construction is too flimsy with the result that the pressure on the handles bends the sides outwards allowing the sieve to be partially pushed through the base requiring a screwdriver for leverage to release it every time.

I bought this in June but with such an awful summer this year didn't get to use it until September. First outing the corkscrew snapped on the very first bottle of wine - luckily I had pliers to remove it and borrowed another one. Got home and the zip attaching the two bags together came apart, making it now impossible to join them. Fortunately I only paid £20 as it was on offer at the time, but this still seems pretty expensive for what now seems to have been a disposable item, although of course it is still useable and not worth the fuss of returning it - any replacement is unlikely to be of better quality.
