Have used this programme for a long time and found it very good. Bought originally loaded on PC. Bought new programme to load myself on new PC (XP) - had problems - contacted microsoft who said it was out of date, obsolete, and could no longer offer support! Have new programme - box, instructions but no support so can't use!

For the amateur user of photographic software this is quite brilliant. It takes a few hours and a few experiments to get used to it but within a couple of projects I was transporting my self to distant climes. The only downside is that it doesn't explain how to load disc 2 although I eventually discovered that all you do is but it in the CD drive!!!

I just love this software - you need to play around with it for a little while to learn its full capabilities, after which the fun really starts. It is really easy to use and you get lovely results. It is particularly good for applying frames and special effects to digital photographs - the colours of which come out much better on my printer with this software than with Paintshop pro. Much of the stuff I do is photographic and of a sufficiently professional appearance for display in the technology college where I work. I also do fun and easy montages of my children for home display. My 6 year old uses it regularly too, to make greetings cards and can finish and print a project all by herself - There are plenty of greetings card templates and clip art ... Read More:

I bought this mainly for Microsoft Word, because the 2000 edition was seizing up, but I found Picture It! and Encarta a wonderful help for my studies and for my excessive use of digital images. Picture It! was a bit confusing, but Works 2002 is otherwise a better version than the last one.
