Overall I'm very impressed with this product. It takes most of the pain out of studying for your tests. However, there is one thing you should be aware of before totally relying on it to practise hazard perception. From my perspective, the standard on this DVD seems to be higher than that of the DSA on the actual test. In other words the hazards on this DVD can be much harder to spot, and the below average quality of the video means that e.g. a cyclist might just be a couple of grainy pixels when you're supposed to spot it. On the other hand, this DVD is much less sensitive to "cheating" than the DSA test is. I took my test for a full car license several years ago, way before all these new fangled theory tests were brought in, but in the grip of my midlife crisis I decided to learn to ride a motorbike. So I needed to brush up on the theory test for bikes and the hazard perception test. This was the only product I found dealing with the hazard perception part of the test. Being unable to compare it with anything else makes objective comment a little difficult, but I didn't find the DVD much use at all. As the tittle says, if you want to pass your theory test this is all you need. All the questions that can come up are on these discs What you need to do is complete a couple of mock theory tests and then run through each question of the revision on its own not by doing a test on the sections but by selecting revision and going through each questions. The ones you get wrong try and remember them and redo the section again and you should get 100%. Once you go for the test you will remember them and will pass well. this driving theory disc set has everything you need for passing your theory, it even had the same question on MY real theory test that came up on the cd-rom theory mock test!!! it's absolutely spot on! and it has the most up-to date questions, also it updates any new questions that mihgt appear on your real test! this piece of kit has everything you need to pass your theory without a glitch! worth every penny when i passed my theory first time, scoring 49/50 for multiple choice! thanks to this great practice mocks!

Anyone like me who's held a full car license for several years should already know most of the answers to the questions that aren't bike specific, but where this product comes into its own is in helping you to become familiar with the format of the exam (it exactly matches the test you end up taking at the test centre) and getting a chance to brush up on the bike-related questions (bike safety, maintenance, specific rules of the road and the like). If you practice on these questions, you will recognise them come up again verbatim in the real test - I found this useful because I remembered where I'd made a couple of daft mistakes at home when the same question came up in the test. this is definately a item to have if your looking to take a theory test for large vehicles. i have this item up for sale on amazon as i have no use for it anymore as im now an lgv driver. this cd helped me alot couldnt have passed the theory without it!

and you are guaranteed to pass the theory test with high score. The hazard perception is also very useful. However, the practical disk is not much use, it cant beat the real driving experience.

I bought this based on having had the print version as a child and the advertising saying that contained everything that is in the print version. If it is I cannot find it. Anything I have looked up has no more than a few paragraphs of information. Disappointed and would not bother with it much now as the few times I have referred to it, it has given little information and not the information I sought
