Although the original software loaded and setup easily enough from the CD via MS 98 SE and ran OK, after I downloaded a recommended upgrade to the Viruscan programe (7.0+) it would not install itself over the original package despite several attempts and emails to the help desk. The online help desk kept asking for me to fill in a questionaire before I could send a email to them and my phone number I entered on the form kept coming up with a error, so my email could not get through on several occasions. I have now uninstalled the complete package and I am seeking a new one! There is no uninstall programe with edition 5 so I had to manually do it!!
