Just to let you know that this is the best DVD on the market for the theory test. It is easy to use and is like having a virtual tutor. I am a driving instructor so have viewed loads of different DVD's. Just writing this really to advise you that the DSA question bank changes every September so all theory products prior to September 1st 2008 will be out of date by then. Any products you buy for the theory need to be 2008/2009. Not much will change but if you are paying top price then buy up to date stuff. Thats all - hope it helps you decide.

Unfortunately on my platform (Vista Ultimate 64bit) this software is absolutely riddled with bugs (even after applying the patch). Straight out of the box, it does not connect to the internet - a stressful search around the support site eventually found the patch which enabled internet connectivity. Since then, the program suffers from consistent crashes to the desktop. The upside is that as they are consistent, you avoid performing certain tasks enabling you to use the software reasonably easiliy. It's interaction with the My Ancestry web site is it's major plus point and recording your family's records is easy and straightforward. I am hoping that the 2009 version has ironed out all of the bugs and crashes. Read More:

I purchased this product for my 14-year old Daughter to use for her ICT homework and GCSE-based coursework. The product may be good, but trying to obtain a Licence number to use the product after the 30-day trial is horrendous. Firstly, you have to complete their Form and upload this as an attachment to an email; secondly you have to provide proof that the Student is in education; and thirdly you have to provide a photo of the Student/Child. Filling out a Form is understandable, downlaoding and attaching to an email is easily done! However, surely Adobe realise that in the UK, all children of 16 & under (Year 11 and below) have to attend School - we the parents get prosecuted if they don't. But, no we still have to prove that they attend an educational ... Read More:

We bought this game when our daughter was 3 and she still enjoys it now she's 7 along with her younger brother, they have spent many a quiet hour having fun and developing their computer skills. It's very easy to follow and is great for young beginners as the games range from easy to more difficult or you can complete the whole challenge if you can! We run this on an Apple Mac and have never had any trouble with it. A great buy for a child just starting to play computer games.

This is the worse piece of software i`ve ever encounted for use on vista !!! It crashes , freezes and locks up at the drop of a hat whilst trying to do the most basic of editing tasks like adjusting clip volume . I would not recommend this product to anyone , put your money into something that actually works from adobe. No wonder it`s being sold off cheap !!! Utter rubbish !!!

My eight year old daughter needed some extra coaching in mental maths as they call it these days. Not being very good at it myself I was recommended this package as something that would help her. It works on the idea of converting maths problems into an alien type shoot em up closely modelled on the classic space invaders. I wouldn't say that it's my daughter's favourite thing in the world to be doing, but she enjoys it more than sitting at the table while someone fires problems at her head. After the initial grumbling she can get fairly immersed in it, and has even, on the odd occasion gotten rather competitive. I would say that her maths skills are improving, so it's doing what it says on the tin, which is surely a good thing.

Once installed your instantly protected. It scans and updates without causing a fuss, other than the occasional notice that somethings tried to attack you dont even notice its there, and I'm sure you can turn this off if you do so wish.
