I have not had any installation problems, and having bought this from the american site, got it at a reduced price over the UK one, which I agree is cheeky. Having said this, it is still a 5 star piece of software, and hands down the market leader, with all of the tools tat you could possibly need. As a creative professional I wish I knew how to use all of this software well, but I find myself with a great knowledge of the bits i use most, and only a shallow understanding of other packages. That said, these all interface seamlessly, and provide me with the outputs that i need to dazzle clients everyday, without fail. If you want the daddy of creative packages, this is the one to go for. Don't be put off by the negative comments on this product. From what I've seen here and elsewhere you either love it or hate it. I'm in the former category. If you're a small business or not for profit organisaton wanting a fairly simple but professional looking site, I don't think you'll do better. I have friends using FrontPage who have seen what I produced and were stunned to find that I had spent about a quarter of what they had paid. And I've used it for a total of around 30 hours with no crashes so far.

There is a fair amount of Poser content available and there are free applications you can use to make use of these resources, without having to punish yourself by using this absolutely dreadful piece of software. the developers have spent so much time on the eye-candy and made some absolutely, breathtakingly stupid decisions on the functionality it really does defy belief. Firstly, the library you are forced to use to access your 3d content is unusable. You have to manually click an arrow repeatedly to scroll through your content, which may very well consist of hundreds (if not thousands) of directories because the developers - in their infinite wisdom have chosen to continue to force their users to separate out content into ... I have just upgraded to Office 2007 but find myself still using 2003 Pro. Why? It's just that good. The layout is by far the best out of all the office products, and the menu driven system allows you to create very professional work with little input. There are even templates and wizards to help you along the way. All the major office programs are here except FrontPage, which most people wouldn't use anyway, unless into web design. Overall, I have given it 5 stars as it is the best value for money as well as being a very complete office package. Recommended!

The layout is by far the best out of all the office products, and the menu driven system allows you to create very professional work with little input. There are even templates and wizards to help you along the way. All the major office programs are here except FrontPage, which most people wouldn't use anyway, unless into web design. Overall, I have given it 5 stars as it is the best value for money as well as being a very complete office package. Recommended!
