This is, in my opinion, an excellent purchase. The Dazzle is effective and does exactly what it says it does. I found the software quick and easy to install, and there was no need for any "patches" on my system (Vista), unlike (I think) on some older versions of the program. The software itself is perfectly simple and effective - it takes you through step-by-step, and allows you to customise the menus of the DVDs with the included templates or your own images. It's slightly limited if you wanted the DVDs to look more professional, but for my uses it was quick and easy. It also allows you to add music and alter the fonts/layouts of the scenes. I recently purchased this software to learn French. There are too many features within the programme to outline them here. Suffice to say that if FrenchNow 9.0 were ten times the cost it would still be bargain of the decade. I tuned into a French radio programme the other day and was astonished at how much of the programme I could follow and understand. I'm convinced that within an hour or so I could converse with a French native and not have to keep apologising for my poor French. If 54 year old me who looks after his severely disabled mum can do it - so can you: buy it!

I have used both Lotus SmartSuite and Microsoft Office in various versions for well over a decade. Both suites are incredibly powerful but for me the application which really makes the difference between the two is Lotus Approach. I first discovered with brilliant software when it was in its first version, before it became part of SmartSuite. I have used it as a development platform for a wide range of applications for all sorts of clients from lawyers to catering suppliers and from CRM applications to invoicing. According to Accountz, "Personal Accounts Home Edition" is an old version. Unlike its replacement, "Personal Accountz", it cannot import online bank / credit card statements as OFX, which I gather is now the standard format. For me, that's half the point of getting this kind of software, so I know which one I'll be buying.

My secondary hard drive disappeared from the desktop. I bought Diskwarrior but unfortunately it wasn't able to repair the faulty drive instead a message requested that I contact their support team. Once in contact with a member of the Alsoft support team we were able to work through the problem and Diskwarrior did the trick, my hard drive is back and all files are intact. Brilliant!

No problems here. When my wife got an iMac I tried using iMovie but soon reverted to Studio 11. Doesn't seem to work for some but I would recommend it 100%.
