This is my first time with any camcorder software. This software is fairly easy to use. I have a HG10 Camcorder which uses AVCHD format, this can take hours to process onto a DVD. The DVD version is not as good as the original version. There is a Corel Technical Web site for problems and also a forum which deals with problems & other queries etc. It is easy to insert the video clips onto the programme, then they may require editing, labeling the clips as well as adding music and or voice for the final version. Okay, i'm up to date with modern technology and a bit behind when it comes with virus protection, lets say not as experienced as some and probably one of the youngest to comment on a product. I currently am using Norton nternet Security and thought about buying this product. But one word of advice you should consider. At the start the sign up to "Norton" is free. For a whole year it will do its job successfully, it does benefit from a simple user interface and isn't doesn't regularly demand attention. Its good for that i sing its praise. But after one year of the product, exactly 365 days. The product basically turns off. Its still monitors the basics but no longer recieves updates, so the risk is the same as before. had bitdefender 9 for two years and rated that superb.would rate this nearly as highly, but must admit takes slightly longer to load up from start up.been using now for about 4 months, no real moans,had no problems like slowing down the speed of my PC, so can,t understand some of these reviews? must admit the interface is not as easy to understand as 9 was, so takes a bit of getting used to where everything is! but apart from that a good buy all round!

I bought Guitar Pro 5 to supliment an old music writing programme that only wrote in standard notation - the aim being to convert then print music in TAB notation. However, I have discovered that Guitar Pro does more that that! Perhaps the most useful feature is its ability to download from other web sites arrangements of songs that have already been transcribed in Guitar Pro format. Not only can you download, modify if required, and print off these arrangements, but they can also be played on your computer. This allows you to fade whichever instrument you play and then jam along with your computer while reading the TAB that advances with the song. I really enjoy making my Family tree! There is now so many new members of my family I have found just by using this. Ive had no problem at all loading known members or unknown members on to my tree. Its so easy to use and simple to learn, I have even brought the product for my mum to do as a past time.

I bought this based on having had the print version as a child and the advertising saying that contained everything that is in the print version. If it is I cannot find it. Anything I have looked up has no more than a few paragraphs of information. Disappointed and would not bother with it much now as the few times I have referred to it, it has given little information and not the information I sought

Bought this as I wanted to use it on an old pc which operates on Windows98. Uninstalled Norton, put in the disk AND NO IT DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS!!!!
